February - 21, 2008 - In my opinion Vanessa Denny of Devine Realty is truly the most amazing realtor in North Carolina. I engaged her services for the recent purchase of my home. Aside from just being a genuine joy to be around, she became my own personal advocate over the last 2 months. With a great sense of the market and her customers, Vanessa went above and beyond in numerous ways. After I chose several homes to look at, Vanessa ascertained my tastes and desires, and led me to the perfect home. She tirelessly negotiated an amazing deal and took care of so many details that they basically went unnoticed by me. She also referred an alternate mortgage company that allowed me to lock in an interest rate that was a full percentage point lower than what I was pre-qualified for so I could afford my dream home. Her complete dedication surpassed the actual purchase of the home. She responded and helped me resolve an issue with my furnace that occurred 2 weeks after closing, and she did this on the weekend taking personal time away from her family. Even with all of the above mentioned items, this is a small sample of the effort that she puts forth, all the while maintaining a no pressure sales tactic that made me completely comfortable. She truly does the right thing for her clients at all times. She takes it personal, and with passion, being the best realtor you will ever deal with. You can?t go wrong choosing her to represent you in all real estate matters!

November 21, 2007 - Over the past year, Chuck and I have worked together on several real estate transactions. I was impressed with his professionalism from day one!
